Comrade Tran Duc Thang is the Head of the Personnel Subcommittee of the 18th Hai Duong Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

The Subcommittee consists of 5 comrades: Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Subcommittee; Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Trieu The Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Hong Son, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee Organization Committee, Standing member of the Subcommittee; Vu Hong Hien, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee Inspection Committee.

The Subcommittee is responsible for developing personnel orientations for the 18th Provincial Party Executive Committee to submit to the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee for approval; developing plans and implementing the introduction of personnel for the 18th Provincial Party Executive Committee; and developing a report on personnel work for the 18th Provincial Party Executive Committee to submit to the 18th Provincial Party Congress.

In the process of performing its tasks, the Subcommittee may recruit leaders, officers, and specialists from departments, branches, sectors, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and relevant socio-political organizations to assist, as considered and decided by the Head of the Subcommittee.
