The project to build the Hai Hung bridge approach road on the Hai Duong side has a total investment of 60 billion VND; to date, site clearance has been basically completed.
According to the People's Committee of Doan Ket commune (Thanh Mien), by March 21, the project to build the Hai Hung bridge approach road on the Hai Duong side had basically completed site clearance, ensuring the plan.
The Hai Hung bridge approach road is about 200 m long, mainly passing through Doan Ket commune. To implement the above project, Thanh Mien district acquired land from 41 households with an area of over 9,000 m2. Of which, 12 cases are residential land, the rest are agricultural land, traffic corridors and graves.
Up to now, the households have basically agreed with the plan for support and compensation for site clearance. 22 households have committed to clearing assets in the traffic corridor on schedule. Only 3 households with land use rights disputes have agreed on the plan. For households subject to resettlement, the district is carrying out the process of appraising and approving the technical economic report of the resettlement area.
Previously, on March 17, the Chairman of Thanh Mien District People's Committee held a dialogue with households whose land was recovered to implement the Hai Hung Bridge approach road construction project. He requested specialized agencies to focus on resolving and removing obstacles for households in accordance with regulations; speed up the site clearance progress so that the project can be implemented on schedule.
Hai Hung Bridge is 109 m long, 12 m wide; total investment of 170 billion VND, invested by Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee. This bridge will connect Provincial Road 386 in Minh Tan Commune, Phu Cu District (Hung Yen) with Provincial Road 392C in Doan Ket Commune, Thanh Mien District (Hai Duong).
Hai Duong is clearing the land to invest in the construction of the Hai Hung bridge approach road on the Hai Duong side. This 180 m long route starts at the bridge abutment (Hai Duong side) and ends at the intersection between provincial road 392C and the province's East-West axis road. The Hai Hung bridge approach road is a level 3 plain road with a design speed of 80 km/h.
