The regulations on age for participating in Party committees, government and the Fatherland Front are clearly stated in Plan No. 294-KH/TU dated April 25 of the Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee on organizing Party Congresses at grassroots level, directly above grassroots level and Party Committees of communes and wards.

Resolutely fight against formality, waste and negativity in organizing Party Congresses

The Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee requires that the work of preparing and organizing Party Congresses at all levels must be led and directed by Party committees at all levels in accordance with Party regulations and principles, without showing off, and resolutely fighting waste and negativity.
