Kinh Mon Town (Hai Duong) has coordinated to organize instructions on simultaneously granting electronic identification accounts to agencies, units and enterprises in the area.
On the afternoon of March 18, the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order (Provincial Police) coordinated with the Department of Finance and the People's Committee of Kinh Mon town to organize training and guidance on standardizing tax code data and business information, and synchronizing citizen information data with the national population database for representatives of agencies, organizations and businesses in the town.
This is the first locality in the province to implement instructions for simultaneously granting electronic identification accounts to agencies and organizations.
At the conference, representatives of agencies, organizations and businesses learned about the benefits of using electronic identification accounts; became familiar with the steps to register for electronic identification accounts; common errors as well as difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process.
According to regulations, from July 1, 2025, agencies and organizations will only use electronic identification accounts issued by the Ministry of Public Security for use on the National Public Service Portal and administrative procedure settlement information systems at the ministerial and provincial levels.
The training session aims to synchronously and effectively deploy the issuance of identification accounts for agencies, organizations and enterprises in Kinh Mon town; synchronize the national database on business registration of the Department of Finance, specialized data of the Tax Department with population data...; remove and resolve a number of difficulties and problems in the implementation process, helping agencies and organizations to be granted electronic identification accounts to serve activities in the electronic environment after July 1, 2025.
According to the review, as of March 14, Kinh Mon town had 113 agencies, organizations and 1,067 enterprises needing to register for electronic identification accounts.
By March 25, agencies, organizations and businesses in Kinh Mon town will complete the issuance of electronic identification accounts.
