Number of newly established businesses in Hai Duong increased by more than 18%

From the beginning of the year to March 15, Hai Duong province had 457 newly established enterprises with a total registered capital of more than 30,500 billion VND.

According to the Hai Duong Department of Finance, from January 1 to March 15, the province had 457 newly established enterprises, an increase of 18.4% over the same period last year; total registered capital was over VND30,500 billion.

During the same period, the province had 104 dissolved enterprises, an increase of 55.2%; 733 enterprises temporarily suspended operations, an increase of 16% and 243 enterprises resumed operations, an increase of 15.8%.

To date, the province has more than 21,000 enterprises with a total registered capital of nearly 250,000 billion VND.

Also according to the Department of Finance, since March 1, after the merger of the two departments (Finance and Planning and Investment), all activities related to receiving and handling administrative procedures of enterprises, organizations and individuals have been stable and smooth. Currently, about 98% of administrative procedures related to the field of enterprises, business registration, conversion of operating models, increase of charter capital, etc. are received and handled in the electronic environment.
