On the morning of February 20, Hai Duong province announced decisions on the organization of specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee and personnel work.
Comrade Nguyen Trong Tue, Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Finance has been appointed to the position of Director of the Hai Duong Department of Finance. The term of office is 5 years, from March 1, 2025 to February 28, 2030.
Comrade Nguyen Trong Tue was born in 1976 in Quang Minh commune (Gia Loc). His professional qualifications are bachelor of accounting, master of finance and banking; senior political theory. He has held the positions of Secretary of Binh Giang District Party Committee, Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, Deputy Secretary of Hai Duong City Party Committee; Deputy Director of the Department of Finance.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also decided to appoint comrades: Nguyen Dong Kim, Do Van Tien (all former Deputy Directors of the Department of Finance); Nguyen Thanh Hung, Nguyen Hai Chau, Nguyen Tien Hoan (all former Deputy Directors of the Department of Planning and Investment) to hold the position of Deputy Directors of the Department of Finance from March 1, 2025 to February 28, 2030.
Earlier, on the same morning, at the 29th session, the Provincial People's Council passed a resolution on reorganizing specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee, including the decision to merge the Department of Finance and the Department of Planning and Investment into the Department of Finance.
