The promulgated economic and technical norms are the basis for developing budget estimates for determining land prices according to the provisions of the law on land in cases where funds from the state budget are used for the following tasks: Building, adjusting, amending, and supplementing land price lists by area and location; determining specific land prices according to the comparison, income, and surplus methods; determining specific land prices according to the land price adjustment coefficient method.
This economic and technical norm applies to state land management agencies, land price consultancy organizations, relevant agencies, organizations and individuals in the construction of unit prices and construction cost estimates, adjustment, amendment and supplementation of land price lists by area, location and specific land valuation according to regulations of the law on land in cases of using funds from the state budget.
