Speaking at the opening ceremony, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Duc Thang praised the achievements of the school in the past time. He suggested that Sao Do University continue to promote the tradition of solidarity, innovation, and creativity to synchronously deploy solutions of the education and training sector in the spirit of Conclusion No. 91-KL/TW of the Politburo to continue implementing Resolution No. 29-NQ/TW of the 11th tenure. It is necessary to focus on human resources, material resources, and financial resources to well implement the "3 pillars" and "2 strategic breakthroughs" proposed by the school, which are training quality, qualifications of lecturers and staff, and training facilities; 2 strategic breakthroughs are digital transformation in education, scientific research and international integration. Diversify teaching methods, taking students as the center. Teachers play a leading and creative role; encourage students to self-study, promote students' creativity. Link training with applied research and technology transfer. Learning goes hand in hand with practice, schools are closely linked with businesses to maximize the potential and advantages of both parties.

Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang suggested that the school should coordinate more closely with local Party committees and authorities to ensure that students have a safe, healthy social environment, the best educational environment for studying and training; closely coordinate with Hai Duong province to continue investing in modern facilities and equipment to fully exploit the functions of the school's second campus. In the immediate future, the school will coordinate with the Department of Construction to propose a solution to handle the long-standing problems of the student housing project. Provincial leaders will consider and direct the immediate removal and resolution of difficulties, promptly put the project into use and effective exploitation.

The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that the school needs to continue to promote the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style among cadres, party members, lecturers and students. After 55 years of construction and development, Sao Do University is one of the human resource training institutions that has contributed a lot to the socio-economic development of the country and the locality. Last school year, the school opened 2 new training majors: Chinese language pedagogy and technology pedagogy; 4 projects won the 13th Hai Duong Province Technical Innovation Contest; 1 project won the Vietnam Science and Technology Innovation Award; 10 solutions were researched and transferred technology to businesses; 5 Robocon teams entered the national finals; over 95% of graduates have jobs with high salaries.

The school's facilities and training scale are increasingly expanding. In 2024, the Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee signed a decision to establish Nguyen Thi Due High School under Sao Do University. At the beginning of the 2024-2025 school year, the school enrolled over 1,000 students, reaching over 95% of the set target.
