Hanoi Pedagogical University 2 plans to enroll 4,131 students for 26 training majors in 2025.
According to the 2025 enrollment plan just announced by Hanoi Pedagogical University 2, this year the school will enroll 4,131 students for 26 training majors, more than double the total enrollment compared to last year.
Last year, the school recruited 1,959 students for 26 training majors, with 1,782 students enrolled after being admitted.
This year, Hanoi Pedagogical University 2 uses 10 methods of admission to the regular university system, including:
- Direct admission and priority admission;
- Admission based on high school graduation exam results;
- Admission will use the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam in combination with the aptitude test scores;
- Admission based on high school academic results;
- Admission uses high school academic results combined with aptitude test scores;
- Admission is based on the results of the competency assessment test;
- Admission uses the results of the capacity assessment test combined with the aptitude test score;
- Admission is based on the results of the independent exam of Hanoi Pedagogical University 2;
- Admission uses the results of the independent exam of Hanoi Pedagogical University 2 combined with the aptitude test score;
- Consider transferring students who have completed the university preparatory program; consider recruiting students, international students under or outside the agreement.

Hanoi Pedagogical University 2 also spends an average of 7 - 8 billion VND/school year as a scholarship fund for students.
Specifically, the scholarships include: Study encouragement scholarships (considered and granted to students with good or better academic and training results in the semester) and other scholarships (considered and granted to students with excellent academic and training results and students with difficult family circumstances who overcome difficulties to excel in their studies, students who are ethnic minorities, students with disabilities, etc.).
Candidates who are admitted directly will be awarded a scholarship of 600,000 VND/month in the first semester.
The school also considers and awards scholarships at the beginning of the course to students with high admission scores.
