The four core agencies performing the tasks of the Provincial Steering Committee 35, including the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, the Department of Information and Communications, the Provincial Police, and the Provincial Military Command, have signed a coordination regulation.

Provide information to serve the construction of profiles and data to analyze and evaluate sabotage objects and socio-political hotspots in the area. Coordinate in forecasting the situation, developing response plans and effectively combating and handling arising situations related to the province, industry, and field of the coordinating agencies.

Based on each specific incident, nature and level of each type of bad and toxic information, the parties discuss, agree on and evaluate the situation. Delegates were also trained in three topics on the role and responsibility of the People's Public Security force in protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile views, contributing to protecting national security in cyberspace; strengthening State management of information in cyberspace to meet the requirements and tasks of protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile views in the new situation; experience in handling media incidents and building communication channels on social networks.
