Hai Duong students have 5 consecutive days off on the occasion of April 30 and May 1

Accordingly, educational institutions with a fixed weekly Saturday off schedule will have their working day swapped from Friday (May 2) to Saturday (April 26) and will have 5 consecutive days off from Wednesday (April 30) to Sunday (May 4). These educational institutions will make up for lost work and classes on Saturday (April 26).

For educational institutions that do not have a fixed weekly Saturday off schedule, based on the specific program and plan of the unit, arrange a suitable off schedule, in accordance with regulations; make up for lost work and study (if any) on the last days of the 2024 - 2025 school year (issued with Decision No. 2215/QD-UBND dated August 28, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee on promulgating the 2024 - 2025 school year schedule).

The Department of Education and Training of Hai Duong requires that during the April 30 and May 1, 2025 holidays, educational institutions thoroughly grasp and ensure traffic order and safety for students; parents are requested to take measures to educate and strictly manage their children during the holidays, absolutely do not hand over vehicles or let unqualified people drive motorbikes or mopeds to participate in traffic.

Educational institutions assign security guards to guard the facility during the holidays. Closely coordinate with authorities to take necessary measures to ensure absolute safety of facilities, equipment, and fire prevention. After the holidays, educational institutions promptly stabilize teaching and learning and return to normal work.
