Hai Duong simultaneously collects voters' opinions on the Project to merge Hai Duong province and Hai Phong city and the Project to rearrange commune-level administrative units of districts, towns and cities.
Implementing the plan of the Provincial People's Committee, by the afternoon of April 15, the People's Committees of communes, wards and towns in Hai Duong had completed the establishment and posting of voter lists representing permanent families in villages and residential areas.
The voter list is posted at the headquarters of the People's Committee at the commune level, the village cultural house, and residential areas to serve as a basis for collecting opinions on projects to merge provincial and commune-level administrative units.
The Department of Home Affairs is coordinating to complete the projects, submit them to the Provincial People's Committee to report to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and collect voters' opinions, expected to be completed no later than April 21.

Documents serving the collection of voters' opinions will be posted on the electronic information portal of the Provincial People's Committee and the District People's Committee when completed and agreed upon; posted at the headquarters of the District and Commune People's Committees, village cultural houses, residential groups and disseminated on local mass media, at village and residential area meetings during the period of collecting voters' opinions.
Voters' opinions are collected by distributing ballots to each household in each village and residential area.
