Extension of completion time for residential area project north of Huong River

The Provincial People's Committee has decided to approve the policy of adjusting the investment project to build a residential area north of Huong River, Tan Viet Commune (Thanh Ha) of AH Group Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, the construction time to complete the entire project and carry out the acceptance and handover work must be completed before June 30, 2024. The reason is that the compensation and site clearance work is difficult and prolonged. The handover of land to investors to implement the project is slow and in many stages. During the implementation of the project, it was affected by the Covid-19 epidemic, and social distancing must be implemented in 2020-2021.

The Provincial People's Committee requests AH Group Corporation to urgently complete the following procedures and focus resources on implementing the project investment and construction in accordance with the provisions of the law on investment, land, construction, housing, environment and other relevant regulations. Fulfill financial obligations to the State budget according to the regulations and decisions of the Provincial People's Committee. Coordinate with the Thanh Ha District People's Committee to sign additional contract appendices as a basis for continuing to implement the investment and construction to complete the entire project according to the approved schedule.

The residential area project north of Huong River, Tan Viet Commune (Thanh Ha) is nearly 9.8 hectares wide, invested by AH Group Joint Stock Company. According to the contract signed between AH Group Joint Stock Company and Thanh Ha District People's Committee, the project implementation period is 36 months, starting from September 8, 2020.
