According to a report from the Department of Construction, in the first 3 months of 2025, there were 1,490 real estate transactions conducted through notary organizations in the province, an increase of 49% over the same period in 2024.
Of the three types of real estate transactions, including commercial apartments, land, and individual houses, land transactions in the first three months of 2025 reached 1,375 lots, accounting for 92.3% of the total real estate transaction volume, up 71.9% over the same period in 2024. The remaining two types of real estate both decreased: commercial apartments only traded 75 units, down 31.8% over the same period in 2024; individual houses only traded 40 units, down 55.6%.
