DVS Vietnam Investment Joint Stock Company is eligible to transfer land use rights in the form of selling land plots for 252 plots of land in the new residential area project in Doan Tung commune (Thanh Mien).
On December 28, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment announced the results of the inspection of the current status and conditions for transferring land use rights at the new residential area construction investment project in Doan Tung commune (Thanh Mien) invested by DVS Vietnam Investment Joint Stock Company.
Accordingly, the technical infrastructure system of the project has been basically completed, the construction items are in accordance with the detailed construction planning and the approved project. DVS Vietnam Investment Joint Stock Company is eligible to transfer land use rights in the form of selling land plots for 252 land lots of the project. The investor submits on behalf of the transferee of land use rights a set of documents to register for the issuance of a land use rights certificate or provides documents for the buyer to register themselves according to regulations.
The detailed planning of the new residential area project in Doan Tung commune was approved by the Provincial People's Committee in November 2016. The project has a total area of over 9.7 hectares, including residential land, public works land, commercial - service land, trees, sports land, etc. 252 plots of land permitted for transfer are rural residential land that have been allocated by the Provincial People's Committee and have been granted land use right certificates to DVS Vietnam Investment Joint Stock Company in August 2022. These plots of land are in areas where the technical infrastructure system has been basically completed, including leveling, roads, rainwater drainage, wastewater drainage, domestic water supply, domestic electricity supply, lighting, trees, and communications, and has been accepted by the Department of Construction on December 8, 2023. The infrastructure of the new residential area investment project in Doan Tung commune has been basically connected to the common infrastructure system of the area.
