Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee supports the investment policy of the new residential area project on Huong River, Thanh Ha district.
At the regular meeting of the Provincial People's Committee in December (5th time), the Provincial People's Committee reviewed and commented on the report of the Department of Planning and Investment on the proposed investment policy for the project to build a new residential area on Huong River (Green River), Hong Lac commune, Thanh Ha district.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee concluded that the Provincial People's Committee supports the investment policy of this project. The project will contribute to improving the landscape, population size and contributing to the socio-economic development of Thanh Ha district.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to coordinate with the Thanh Ha District People's Committee to receive the opinions and directions of the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee and the opinions of the members of the Provincial People's Committee. It is necessary to explain the proposed contents in detail and promptly complete the content of the submission to submit to the Provincial People's Committee. The deadline for completion and submission to the Provincial People's Committee is before December 30.

According to the appraisal report of the Department of Planning and Investment, the project has a scale of nearly 30 hectares, including more than 8 hectares of residential land. The implementation location is in Hong Lac commune (Thanh Ha), bordering the Huong River, provincial road 390B and current residential area to the north; bordering the Huong River, district road and current residential area to the south; bordering provincial road 390B, district road and current residential area to the east; bordering cultivated fields in Ai Quoc ward (Hai Duong city) to the west.
The project has a total investment of over 942 billion VND. This project will invest in the construction of 2 bridges over the Huong River connecting with Provincial Road 390B and Tan Viet - Cam Che District Road with a scale of permanent bridges made of reinforced concrete. Of which, the bridge over the Huong River connecting Provincial Road 390B is about 50 m long, the bridge surface is 27 m wide; the bridge over the Huong River connecting Hong Lac - Cam Che District Road is about 44 m long, 27 m wide.
Investing in renovating and upgrading provincial road 390B through the project scope, Huong River embankment; constructing commercial service works with a scale of 7 - 15 floors and auxiliary items; constructing housing works on 44 residential plots, constructing kindergarten works, other works...
