The city expects to collect about VND703 billion from the auction. Among the auctioned lots, 433 lots in two residential areas in Viet Hoa ward will be auctioned in the second quarter of 2025.

The residential areas and points in Hai Duong City that will be auctioned in 2025 include: 305 residential land lots east of Tan Dan Street and 128 residential land lots south of Viet Hoa Street (same Viet Hoa Ward); 298 land lots in Tu Thong new residential area (Tu Minh Ward); 44 land lots in Lieu Trang residential area (Tan Hung Ward); 36 land lots in Vu Thuong residential area (Ai Quoc Ward); 24 land lots in Hoang Xa 2 and 3 residential areas (Quyet Thang Commune) and 20 land lots in residential areas No. 1 and 2 of Nhan Nghia area (Nam Dong Ward).
