The residential areas and points in Hai Duong City that will be auctioned in 2025 include: 305 residential land lots east of Tan Dan Street and 128 residential land lots south of Viet Hoa Street (same Viet Hoa Ward); 298 land lots in Tu Thong new residential area (Tu Minh Ward); 44 land lots in Lieu Trang residential area (Tan Hung Ward); 36 land lots in Vu Thuong residential area (Ai Quoc Ward); 24 land lots in Hoang Xa 2 and 3 residential areas (Quyet Thang Commune) and 20 land lots in residential areas No. 1 and 2 of Nhan Nghia area (Nam Dong Ward).
