Hai Duong City will forcibly reclaim 70.5 square meters of residential land from a household to implement the Tan Phu Hung residential and urban area project.
On March 20, Vice Chairman of Hai Duong City People's Committee Tang Van Quan signed a decision to apply compulsory measures to recover land from the households of Mr. Vu Tat Man and Ms. Bui Thi Hoa in Thach Khoi commune, old Gia Loc district (now Khue Lieu area, Tan Hung ward, Hai Duong city).
The area of compulsory recovery is 70.5 m2Residential land plot number 11b, map sheet number 3.
The reason for the enforcement was that Mr. Vu Tat Man and Ms. Bui Thi Hoa did not comply with the decision of the Hai Duong City People's Committee on land recovery to implement the Tan Phu Hung residential and urban area construction project.
The time for implementing the compulsory land acquisition is expected to be from March 25 to April 5, 2025. The decision to apply this compulsory measure takes effect from March 21, 2025.
Tan Phu Hung residential and urban area project was approved for detailed planning by Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee in February 2012 and granted an investment certificate in June 2012.
The Provincial People's Committee decided to approve the project investment policy in October 2018. The total project implementation area is more than 46.9 hectares.
Hai Duong City must reclaim more than 42.5 hectares of land from over 300 households and individuals in Hai Tan, Tan Hung and Thach Khoi wards; the rest is land of organizations, units, cemetery land, traffic and irrigation.
After many times of propaganda and mobilization, up to now, only Mr. Man and Mrs. Hoa's households have not yet handed over the premises.
