The new residential area project in Hop Tien-Hiep Cat commune (Nam Sach) will connect with Highway 390.

At the meeting of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee in May (2nd time) on the morning of May 16, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Trieu The Hung basically agreed with the report of Nam Sach District People's Committee on the detailed planning of the new residential area of ​​Hop Tien-Hiep Cat commune.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Trieu The Hung requested the Nam Sach District People's Committee and the consulting unit to receive comments from delegates attending the meeting, supplement and complete the planning. Attention should be paid to the traffic system, resettlement arrangement, foundation level, and drainage system to ensure compatibility and synchronization with surrounding residential areas. Nam Sach District needs to collect people's opinions on the planning, coordinate to complete the report of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee to request opinions from competent authorities.

According to the People's Committee of Nam Sach district, the detailed planning of the new residential area of ​​Hop Tien-Hiep Cat commune has a total research area of ​​nearly 12 hectares, with an estimated population of more than 1,300 people. Regarding the organization of landscape architecture space, the east-west traffic axis will be developed connecting the project area with provincial road 390. The architectural style of the project will be modern, with simple blocks and bright colors, in harmony with nature, with seamless lines, points, and highlight projects.
