The People's Committee of Tu Ky district (Hai Duong) has just approved the starting price plan as the basis for auctioning land use rights in two new residential areas in the district.
Specifically, in the new residential area of Thuong Hai village, Binh Lang commune, Tu Ky district People's Committee approved 4 starting prices for auctioning the right to use 29 residential land lots. Of which, 2 lots have a starting price of 16.5 million VND/m2, 10 lots have a starting price of 15.5 million VND/m2, 2 lots have a starting price of 14.5 million VND/m2 and 15 lots have a starting price of 13 million VND/m2.
In the new residential area of Quang Giang village, Dai Hop commune, Tu Ky district People's Committee approved 3 starting prices for auctioning 16 land lots. Of which, 1 lot has a starting price of 10.5 million VND/m2, 11 lots are 9.5 million VND/m2 and 4 lots are 8.5 million VND/m2.
The above starting prices include land clearance costs, land protection and development costs for rice cultivation, investment in technical infrastructure construction according to the technical economic report approved by Tu Ky District People's Committee; do not include registration fees and land use right certificate issuance fees.
