Long-standing complaints in Kim Thanh need to be resolved

On the morning of November 11, comrade Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation attended the regular citizen reception of the Chairman of Kim Thanh District People's Committee.

10 citizens in communes and towns in the district have petitioned on many land-related issues such as: disputes over shared alleys, land recovery and issuance of land use right certificates... Some citizens requested local leaders to promptly resolve citizens' complaints about violations by some officials related to the land sector.

After listening to the opinions and recommendations of citizens, Mr. Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, clearly stated that the province wants to resolve the long-standing complaints and lawsuits. Therefore, he requested that citizens boldly express their opinions and cooperate with the local government to resolve the problems arising in the management and direction process.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested relevant departments, branches and Kim Thanh district to uphold their sense of responsibility, strictly implement legal regulations, and thoroughly resolve prolonged complaints and lawsuits...
