Comrade Nguyen Hoang Long is the Head of the Citizen Reception Committee of Hai Duong province.

According to the decision, comrade Nguyen Hoang Long holds the position of Head of the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee from November 10, 2024.

According to the assignment of tasks by the leaders of the Office of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province, comrade Nguyen Hoang Long also directly acts as secretary for the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province.

Monitor and assist the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee in directing and resolving advisory work of departments and branches: Public Security, Inspectorate, Finance, Cooperative Union, Treasury, Tax, Bank, Customs, Development Investment Fund, National Reserve, Civil Judgment Enforcement, People's Court, People's Procuracy, Lawyers Association and Provincial Bar Association; resolve petitions, recommendations, complaints and denunciations (within the scope of work of the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee); state management of prices; innovation and development of enterprises.

Comrade Nguyen Hoang Long directly directs, manages and monitors the work of the Economic - Finance Department (except for the fields of trade, market management and public investment).

Previously, comrade Nguyen Hoang Long, while serving as Chief of Chi Linh City Police, was transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee from October 23, 2024.

On the same day, October 23, comrade Tran Van Son, Deputy Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office, Head of the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee was transferred by the Provincial Party Standing Committee to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee and appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee. The term of appointment is 5 years.

Hai Duong Provincial Citizen Reception Committee is under the Provincial People's Committee Office, located at 45 Bac Son Street, Quang Trung Ward (Hai Duong City).

Comrade Nguyen Hoang Long was born in 1978 in Khanh Hop Commune, Nghi Loc District (Nghe An). He has a master's degree in security and social order. From October 1998 to December 2003, Comrade Nguyen Hoang Long worked at Gia Lam District Police (Hanoi); from January 2004, he worked in Hai Duong Provincial Police, holding the positions of Deputy Chief of Hai Duong City Police, Chief of Binh Giang District Police, Head of Personnel Organization Department; from March 2023, he held the position of Chief of Chi Linh City Police.
