On the afternoon of March 20, Head of the Central Organizing Committee Le Minh Hung chaired a meeting of the inspection delegation of the Politburo and the Secretariat to approve the draft report on inspection results with the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and central organizations.
Mr. Hung said that from now until the 11th Central Conference, the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and organizations will collect comments and complete the report and project to reorganize and streamline the apparatus of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, and mass organizations assigned by the Party and State at the central, provincial, and communal levels. These projects will be reported to the Politburo before March 25.
After receiving comments from the Politburo, the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front will continue to complete and submit the report to the Central Executive Committee before April 1.
When the 11th Central Conference has an official conclusion, the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and central organizations will advise the Politburo to issue a decision on the functions, tasks and organizational structure of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at the central level. This work will be completed before April 25.
The reorganization of socio-political organizations and mass organizations assigned by the Party and State to be under the Vietnam Fatherland Front must be completed before July 15. The Politburo and the Secretariat requested the rearrangement of socio-political organizations and mass associations assigned by the Party and State to be directly under the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to synchronize with the current party organizational structure.
