The two newly established Party Committees under the Provincial Party Committee are headquartered at the Provincial Party Committee Office and the Provincial People's Committee Office.
The Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee has decided to establish the Party Committee of Provincial Party Agencies and the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee directly under the Provincial Party Committee from March 1, 2025.
The Provincial Party Committee's agencies are headquartered at the Provincial Party Committee Office at 89 Bach Dang, Tran Hung Dao Ward (Hai Duong City).
The Provincial People's Committee Party Committee is headquartered at the Provincial People's Committee Office at 45 Quang Trung, Quang Trung Ward (Hai Duong City).
The above two party committees have their own seals and accounts, are provided with funding, facilities and means of operation according to regulations.
According to Project No. 07-DA/TU dated February 7, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies for the 2020-2025 term has 27 comrades. The Party Standing Committee consists of 9 comrades; the Standing Committee of the Party Committee consists of the Secretary and 2 Deputy Secretaries of the Party Committee. The Inspection Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies Party Committee consists of 5 comrades; the structure includes the Chairman, 2 Deputy Chairmen and 2 members. Comrade Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Provincial Party Agencies Party Committee.
The Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term has 27 members. The Standing Committee of the Party Committee consists of 9 members; the Standing Committee of the Party Committee consists of the Secretary and 2 - 3 Deputy Secretaries of the Party Committee. Comrade Le Ngoc Chau, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee.
Since February 7, the Provincial Party Committee has actively established and transferred records and management data of 66 Party cells and affiliated Party committees with more than 5,800 Party members.
As planned, on the morning of February 27, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee held a conference to hand over party organizations and party members. In which, the Provincial Agencies Party Committee will transfer grassroots party organizations and party members to the Provincial Party Agencies Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee and the Hai Duong City Party Committee.
