177 collectives and individuals in the education and training sector of Hai Duong were proposed for state and provincial level awards.

On the morning of October 15, comrade Le Ngoc Chau, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Emulation and Reward Council of Hai Duong province chaired a meeting to consider and propose State and provincial rewards for collectives and individuals in the education and training sector.

After reviewing the proposals of agencies, units and consulting the people, the Standing Office of the Provincial Emulation and Reward Council examined and determined that there were 177 collectives and individuals eligible to propose for State and provincial level rewards, including 48 collectives and 129 individuals.

The Provincial Emulation and Reward Council has unanimously proposed that all levels commend 177 collectives and individuals. Of which, the President was proposed to award the Third Class Labor Medal to 6 individuals; the Prime Minister was proposed to award certificates of merit to 25 collectives and individuals; the Government increased the Emulation Flag to 8 collectives. It was proposed to recognize 1 individual as a National Emulation Fighter, 100 individuals as Provincial Emulation Fighters; and to award the Provincial Emulation Flag to 37 collectives.

Concluding the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Emulation and Reward Council Le Ngoc Chau requested the Standing Office of the Provincial Emulation and Reward Council and the Department of Home Affairs to specifically evaluate the collectives and individuals who have not yet been proposed for commendation at all levels to ensure objectivity and comprehensiveness in commendation and honor.

The Standing Office of the Provincial Emulation and Reward Council considers adjusting the time of meetings to collect opinions to suit the characteristics and annual working time of each department and branch to propose honors and rewards.

The Provincial Emulation and Reward Council also unanimously proposed to award the Second Class Labor Medal to comrade Le Dinh Long, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Hai Duong City Party Committee; and participated in giving opinions on the draft Decision regulating emulation and reward work in Hai Duong province.
