The brawl in Ninh Giang: 18 subjects prosecuted

The subjects temporarily detained include: HTH (born in 2006, in Nghia An commune, Ninh Giang), D.D.M. (born in 2005, residing in Quang Khai commune) and T.D.C. (born in 2006 in Minh Duc commune, Tu Ky district).

According to the investigation results, due to a previous conflict, on the evening of April 5, H. and about 10 people aged 15-18 in Nghia An and Minh Duc communes prepared 2 metal sticks, bricks, and stones to fight with another group of young people in Tu Ky district. At 8:30 p.m., M. and about 10 people aged 15-18 with permanent residence in Quang Khai and Minh Duc communes rode 6 motorbikes carrying 4 metal bars and many glass beer bottles to Nghia An commune. When M.'s group reached the road area in hamlet 9, An Cu village (Nghia An commune), H.'s group threw bricks and hit them with metal sticks. Seeing that, M.'s group also turned around and threw glass beer bottles at H.'s group.

The consequences of the melee left two people in the groups injured. In particular, it caused confusion and fear for people living on both sides of the road and traffic participants, negatively affecting the security, order and social safety situation in the area.
