51 teenagers fighting and disturbing public order in Gia Loc, Ninh Giang, Tu Ky appear in court

The 51 young people who must appear in court are between the ages of 17 and 20 in Hai Duong City, Cam Giang, Thanh Mien, Kinh Mon, Thanh Ha, Tu Ky, Gia Loc, and Ninh Giang. Some of the defendants have bad personal records.

According to the indictment of the Gia Loc District People's Procuracy, due to a previous conflict with a group of young people in Ninh Giang District, at 0:00 on February 15, 2024, Le Bao Son (born in 2006, residing in Lien Hong Commune, Hai Duong City) invited a group of friends to ride on 16 motorbikes, carrying knives and swords to Ninh Giang District to find and fight with that group of young people.

At 1:45 a.m. the same day, in Tan Huong commune (Ninh Giang), Son's group held weapons and rode a motorbike to chase and beat Mr. TTM, causing Mr. M. to lose control and the motorbike to fall on the road.

At this time, Son had the idea of ​​taking Mr. M's motorbike license plate 34E1-347.88 to take pictures and post them on social media to provoke and challenge the group of young people in Ninh Giang district.

Some members of the group used swords to slash Mr. M's motorbike, causing the license plate 34E1-347.88 to come off. Son took the license plate and put it in the trunk, then punctured 2 of Mr. M's motorbike tires. The total value of property damage to motorbike 34E1-347.88 was more than 3.7 million VND.

Then, from 0:00 to 1:30 a.m. on February 16, 2024, in Gia Loc town (Gia Loc) and Dan An communes (Tu Ky); Nghia An, Ung Hoe, Tan Huong, (Ninh Giang), Son invited a group of friends to bring knives, swords, petrol bombs, and glass beer bottles to Ninh Giang district to fight with a group of young people in Ninh Giang district.

At Thong Nhat Bridge (Gia Loc town) and Bia Bridge (Ninh Giang), groups of young men drove motorbikes in groups, weaving, swerving, covering license plates, shouting, chasing, and throwing beer bottles at each other.

At around 0:30 a.m. the same day, on National Highway 37 through Tu Ky district, a number of people overtook, blocked, and forced P.D.KL's motorbike carrying PVT (both under 16 years old) to stop at the side of the road, and used a sword to slash L., causing L. to suffer a 13% body injury.

At around 1:00 a.m. the same day, at the cultural house area of ​​Dong Tan village, Tan Huong commune (Ninh Giang), some people chased and beat TSH, who was driving a motorbike carrying BTĐ (both under 16 years old), causing the motorbike to lose control and fall onto the road.

Some subjects used swords to slash and kick H. many times, causing H. to suffer 24% physical injury; slashing D. caused 28% physical injury.

After slashing H., a member of the group got out of the car, took a phone to record a video, grabbed H.'s shoulder, and continued to threaten to beat her. When H. begged for mercy, the men left.

The trial is scheduled to last until March 27.
