Hai Duong Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of advisory and support agencies from the provincial to grassroots levels. The agencies have proactively and actively advised the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and Standing Committee of Party committees at all levels to lead and direct all aspects of work.

Frankly pointing out a number of limitations and emphasizing the subjective causes of the limitations, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang requested that each cadre and civil servant, especially cadres and civil servants working at advisory and assisting agencies of the Party Committee, and heads of advisory and assisting agencies of the Party Committee, must uphold their spirit and responsibility for their work, self-reflect, self-correct, take the lead in implementing assigned tasks; be proactive and flexible in advising and successfully implementing assigned tasks.

Noting that 2024 is a particularly important year, of key and decisive significance in implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress and the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Duc Thang requested agencies and units to strictly implement Directive 26 - CT/TW, dated November 23, 2023 of the Secretariat; Directive 45 - CT/TU, dated December 12, 2023 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on organizing the Giap Thin New Year 2024, ensuring savings and safety. Develop a plan to deploy and implement the contents and tasks right from the beginning of the year and closely follow the Working Program of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to promptly advise on ensuring progress and quality. Review and accelerate the progress of deployment and implementation of programs, projects and plans to implement resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term.

Advise the Provincial Party Standing Committee to continue to lead, direct resolutely, organize and implement synchronously and effectively solutions to complete socio-economic development targets according to the 2024 plan, especially effectively implementing the Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, vision to 2050 and technical and specialized planning immediately after approval. Continue to strongly improve the investment and business environment, enhance provincial competitiveness; remove difficulties for businesses to recover and develop with the motto "Party committees and authorities serve the people and accompany businesses".

Regarding the implementation of the arrangement of commune-level administrative units in the period of 2023 - 2030 according to Conclusion No. 48-KL/TW, dated January 30, 2023 of the Politburo, agencies and units need to proactively guide the organization and consolidation of relevant party and mass organizations; pay attention to the regime and policies for the redundant cadres, civil servants and non-professional workers at the commune level after the arrangement.

Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang requested agencies and units to do a good job of advising and effectively implementing the 2024 inspection and supervision program of the Party Committee. Well implement internal affairs, anti-corruption, negativity and judicial reform. Continue to advise and effectively implement the regulations on mass mobilization work of the political system. Focus on successfully directing the Congresses of the Fatherland Front at all levels in the province, towards the 10th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2024 - 2029. The Party Committee Office needs to improve the quality of its activities in advising and assisting the Party Committee, especially in the leadership and direction of the Party Committee in leading and directing socio-economic development, Party building and the political system.

In 2023, advisory and support agencies for Party committees from the provincial to grassroots levels will continue to closely follow the direction of Party committees at the same level and higher-level vertical sectors, proactively and effectively implement the proposed work programs and plans; significantly contributing to improving the quality of Party building work, building the political system, promoting the successful implementation of socio-economic development tasks, maintaining political security and social order and safety in the locality.

There were 7 rounds of discussion at the conference, clarifying the results, sharing many experiences, good practices, and proposing solutions to carry out the tasks of the advisory agencies and assisting the Provincial Party Committee in the following years. These were experiences in leading and directing the implementation of the task of inspecting party organizations and party members when there were signs of violations; leading and directing innovation, improving the effectiveness of propaganda work to carry out political tasks; Hai Duong propaganda work with digital transformation; promoting the functions and tasks of the Party Committee's office in advising on the development and implementation of the Party Committee's work program; improving the effectiveness of mass mobilization work and the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization" in the province...

On this occasion, the Provincial Party Standing Committee awarded certificates of merit to 31 collectives with outstanding achievements in 2023.
