The Tu Ky town new residential area construction investment project is a key project of Tu Ky district in the period of 2021-2025. The total area of land clearance for the project is 151,238 m2, involving 411 households. As of September 23, there are still 35 households and individuals with an area of more than 21,000 m2 using agricultural land who have not received compensation, support, or handed over the land. The reason is that the households have not agreed on the compensation price or have requests for compensation plans.
In the past, the Council for Compensation, Site Clearance and Resettlement Support of Tu Ky District has properly implemented the regulations on land acquisition for site clearance. After many times of propaganda and mobilization, 35 households and individuals have not yet received compensation and support.
