To implement the project, in the past time, the Compensation and Resettlement Support Council of Kim Thanh district has complied with the State's regulations when reclaiming land. The total area that has been completed is 11,762.6 m2, reaching 87.2% of the total project area. The remaining 1,721 m2 belongs to 4 households including Mr. and Mrs. Doan Huu Quang, Doan Huu Thanh, Doan Thi Chuyen and Do Thi Thuan. All 4 households have signed to confirm the land area, trees and crops, and signed to confirm the compensation and support plan, but have not received compensation and support money.
