Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Le Van Hieu acknowledged the opinions and recommendations of voters.

Regarding education, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Le Van Hieu suggested that school mergers must be suitable to local conditions. If merging schools at different levels within the same commune creates convenience for students, it should be implemented; merging at the same level is not necessary if it causes difficulties. Chi Linh City should consider proposing to the Department of Education and Training to overcome difficulties when merging schools.

Regarding the proposal on road construction, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Le Van Hieu suggested that Chi Linh City should balance investment capital for road construction in harmony between localities, manage the traffic system well in the area, and control traffic accidents as roads are increasingly developed. The Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and Provincial People's Committee are also reviewing the mechanism to support road construction for localities depending on specific conditions.

Regarding the problems in exploiting production forests, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment will need to provide guidance and clear regulations for people on protective forest land and production forest land so that people can benefit from afforestation.

Regarding the need to convert ineffective one-crop rice and one-crop vegetable cultivation land, Chi Linh City needs to propagate and guide people to understand and properly implement the conversion process to perennial crop land to promote economic efficiency.

In the field of agriculture, voters recommended converting inefficient single-crop rice and single-crop land to land for perennial crops or medicinal plants to increase economic value; the transfer of cultivated forest land needs to be clear to avoid people planting trees in protected forest land and not being able to harvest them. In addition, some recommendations were made on granting land use right certificates, the implementation status of the Ben Tam lake project, connecting residential roads with the Dong Viet bridge approach road, increasing allowances for deputy heads of mass organizations such as the Association of the Elderly, the Association of Former Teachers, the Red Cross, etc.
