Commune Youth Union officials in Kim Thanh recommend attention to job arrangement when rearranging administrative units.

On the afternoon of November 1, comrade Pham Quang Hung, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Kim Thanh district met and had a dialogue with young people in the district in 2024.

Some delegates reflected that Kim Thanh district has many communes that need to be rearranged, resulting in a large surplus of Youth Union cadres. Responding to this content, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Kim Thanh district said that in implementing the arrangement of commune-level administrative units in the period of 2023 - 2025, Kim Thanh district has 9 communes and towns subject to arrangement.

Surplus communal officials and civil servants will be settled for retirement according to the regime; transfers and arrangements will be made from the planned communes to communes with shortages; competent authorities will be requested to recruit communal officials and civil servants to work at district-level agencies (if qualified); officials who are heads will be arranged to be deputies...

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Kim Thanh district also informed that the district and communes will prioritize the arrangement and placement of cadres with sufficient qualities, capacities, standards, and conditions into equivalent positions or prioritize the recommendation for election to cadre positions in other communes when needed; prioritize recruitment as civil servants if qualified and qualified.

A delegate said that the demand for loans to develop production, business and start-ups in the district is very high. However, the source of loans and loan limits are still very limited. The delegate suggested that the Chairman of the District People's Committee direct the relevant agencies to create conditions for youth union members to borrow preferential loans to develop production.
