Hai Duong province leaders request to resolve people's petitions, reflections and denunciations within the deadline.

On the morning of November 8, comrades: Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee; Le Ngoc Chau, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee periodically received citizens in November.

Also attending were leaders of the Provincial People's Council, a number of departments, branches and sectors of the province. The leaders of Hai Duong province received 5 citizens and groups of workers.favor.

Ms. Do Thi Hai Yen in Gia Lam (Hanoi) complained about an administrative penalty decision of the Chairman of Binh Dan Commune People's Committee and did not agree with the complaint settlement by Kim Thanh District People's Committee.

After listening to Ms. Yen's proposal and the report of the leader of Kim Thanh District People's Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Duc Thang requested the Provincial People's Committee to assign relevant units to review and consider a quick solution.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau assigned the Provincial Inspectorate to review and re-examine the complaint handling process, advise on the handling of Ms. Yen's petition, and report to the Provincial Party Secretary and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee before November 30, 2024.

Ms. Dang Thi Xue in Thuong Vu commune (Kim Thanh) reported that roads were not built for people to use for production; denounced some families for encroaching on the public road, and a factory for encroaching on the drainage ditch.

Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang requested the People's Committee of Kim Thanh district to direct the settlement of this case before November 30, 2024. Regarding the contents of the denunciation, the Provincial Party Secretary requested to direct the settlement and verification in accordance with the provisions of law in December 2024.

Mr. Nguyen Khac Dan in Quang Khai commune (Tu Ky) proposed to consider honoring 34 martyrs in Quang Khai commune who had contributed to the resistance war against the French. The Provincial Party Secretary assigned the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to coordinate with the locality to resolve the case before December 31, 2024.

Ms. Vu Thi Hien in Sao Do Ward (Chi Linh City) complained about Decision No. 1344/QD-UBND dated May 16, 2011 of the Provincial People's Committee on the reclamation of land previously managed and used by Thong Nhat Garment Cooperative, which is no longer needed and is now handed over to the Chi Linh City People's Committee for management and handling according to the provisions of law. Regarding this content, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Duc Thang asked Ms. Hien's family to prepare the content as a basis for dialogue resolution in the coming time.

Ms. Mac Thi Muc in Nam Dong Ward (Hai Duong City) requested to buy electricity directly from Hai Duong City Electricity without going through an intermediary unit because she believed that this unit had violated the retail electricity regulations. The Provincial Party Secretary assigned the Department of Industry and Trade to review and resolve the case before December 31, 2024.

At the citizen reception, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang and Provincial People's Committee Chairman Le Ngoc Chau requested departments, branches and localities to proactively coordinate and promptly resolve petitions, reflections, complaints and denunciations within the deadline assigned by provincial leaders at citizen receptions.
