Hai Duong Provincial Party Secretary directs to promptly and thoroughly resolve citizens' complaints and requests

On the morning of April 15, comrade Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, received citizens periodically in April.

Also receiving the delegation were comrade Luu Van Ban, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee and a number of related sectors and localities.

At the meeting, there were 3 groups of citizens coming to reflect and express opinions.

A group of citizens represented by Mr. Tieu Hoang Thuan, who owns land in the Industrial Service Residential Area of ​​Ai Quoc Ward (Hai Duong City), requested to issue land use right certificates to households in the above project.

After listening to citizens' feedback and reports from relevant departments and branches, the Provincial Party Secretary requested the Provincial People's Committee to have a solution before April 17. On that basis, continue to implement the next steps, granting land use right certificates to citizens before July 1, 2025.

The group of citizens of Ecopark urban area in Hai Tan ward (Hai Duong city) represented by Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu requested to pay financial obligations to the former owners in order to be granted land use right certificates.

The Provincial Party Secretary assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to coordinate with citizens and relevant units to have a solution before May 15, 2025.

Some workers of the Road Management Department of Binh Giang district, represented by Mr. Nhu Dinh Can, requested to resolve the legal rights and interests of workers of the Road Management Department of the district.

The Provincial Party Secretary assigned the Provincial People's Committee to direct the review of cases of workers at the Road Management Department of Binh Giang District and workers at road management departments in the province to have the best policies for workers in accordance with regulations. Respond in writing with a solution for citizens and report to the provincial leaders before April 30, 2025.

The Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee requested departments, branches, sectors and localities to report and clarify each issue that citizens have proposed and complained about; at the same time, assign a specific deadline to thoroughly and completely resolve the contents.
