At 8:00 a.m. on May 15, leaders of Hai Duong province met and had a dialogue with officials, civil servants, public employees and workers in the health sector at the Eastern Cultural Center (Hai Duong City).
Comrades: Tran Duc Thang, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee; Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Trieu The Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the conference.
Attending the conference were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, leaders of the People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee, departments, branches, socio-political organizations of the province; leaders and heads of a number of related units from 12 districts, towns and cities and hundreds of delegates from the health sector.
At the conference, Comrade Trieu The Hung, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, read a summary report of the Provincial People's Committee on the current situation of the health sector. The report highlighted positive results, pointed out shortcomings, limitations, difficulties and obstacles in health work in recent years, and identified key directions, tasks and solutions in the coming time.
The Hai Duong Newspaper reporters working at the conference initially recorded that 15 delegates had registered to speak. At this time, leaders of some relevant provincial departments and branches were answering and clarifying the opinions and recommendations of the delegates.

Before the conference took place, the conference organizing committee received 2,013 comments and recommendations from 264 groups and 1,749 individuals. The comments and recommendations revolved around 5 groups of issues, including: the field of staff organization; facilities, equipment, supplies, medical biological products; improving professional quality in medical examination and treatment, prevention, food safety and hygiene, population; difficulties, obstacles, proposed solutions to effectively implement the autonomy mechanism of public service units in the health sector; work to attract socialization in the health sector and manage private medical practice. The People's Committee of Hai Duong province assigned relevant departments, branches, agencies and units to respond in writing, set up QR codes for delegates attending the conference to access documents and information.
