The Provincial Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province will have a dialogue with officials and employees of the health sector.

This is the information stated in the plan to organize a conference to meet and dialogue between the Provincial Party Secretary and the Deputy Secretary, Chairman of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee with cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in the health sector in the province, recently issued by the Provincial Party Standing Committee.

The meeting and dialogue will focus on 6 main contents. In particular, the field of organization and staff focuses on the organizational structure, management mechanism for provincial hospitals and district-level medical centers; human resources, remuneration mechanism, attraction, retention and training to improve professional qualifications and skills for medical staff. Facilities, medical equipment, drugs, supplies, medical biological products... Improving the quality of professional activities in medical examination and treatment, preventive medicine, food safety and hygiene, population... Current situation of difficulties and obstacles, proposed solutions to effectively implement the autonomy mechanism of public service units in the health sector. Attracting socialization into the health sector, management of private medical and pharmaceutical practice and other difficulties and obstacles.

It is expected that the meeting and dialogue will be held at the Eastern Cultural Center, with the participation of nearly 800 delegates, including provincial leaders; leaders of a number of relevant departments, branches and sectors of the province; the Fatherland Front Committee, socio-political organizations of the province; leaders of districts, towns and cities; heads, deputy heads and specialists of a number of relevant departments, branches and sectors at the district level and representatives of agencies and units under the Department of Health; leaders of the Provincial Social Insurance and directors of Social Insurance of districts, towns and cities; leaders of 12 district-level medical centers; heads of health stations of communes, wards and towns; leaders of 4 medical and pharmaceutical training schools in the province; representatives of 2 private hospitals, 55 private clinics, Hai Duong Pharmaceutical and Medical Supplies Joint Stock Company; representatives of associations in the health sector including the Medical Association, Oriental Medicine Association, Nursing Association, Pharmaceutical Association, etc.

The dialogue is an opportunity for provincial leaders to listen to the aspirations, reflections and recommendations of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the health sector in order to promptly lead, direct and propose solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles, contributing to the successful implementation of the goals set by the 17th Provincial Party Congress. Through the dialogue, the aim is to propagate and disseminate the policies of the Party, the State and the province to cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the health sector, creating consensus to effectively implement policies and guidelines for socio-economic development and health sector development, ensuring social security.
