More than 2,000 comments were sent to the conference of contact and dialogue between Hai Duong province leaders and health workers.

On the afternoon of April 17, comrade Nguyen Van Phu, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, chaired a meeting to review the content of the work to prepare for the conference to meet and dialogue between the Provincial Party Secretaries and the Chairman of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee with cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in the health sector.

Concluding the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Van Phu, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, requested the leaders of relevant agencies and units to coordinate, focus on reviewing progress, and complete assigned tasks. Carefully prepare conditions for the successful organization of the conference, ensuring strictness, science, safety, and efficiency. The selection of key contents in the contact and dialogue activities must be practical, close to the actual situation of the province, and avoid formalities.

The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission noted that the Department of Health should continue to grasp and synthesize opinions so that through contact and dialogue conferences, it can fully reflect the legitimate thoughts and aspirations of workers in the provincial health sector; at the same time, study the regulations of the Central Government and the practices of some neighboring localities to advise and propose mechanisms and policies to respond to and resolve the legitimate recommendations and proposals of workers and medical facilities, contributing to improving the quality of medical examination and treatment for Hai Duong people.

According to the Department of Health, up to now, there have been 2,013 opinions and recommendations from groups and individuals sent to the conference to meet and dialogue with the Provincial Party Secretary and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. Due to many overlapping opinions, the Department of Health has compiled 45 opinions and recommendations in 5 groups of issues to send to the conference organizing committee; at the same time, it is requested that relevant agencies and units respond and advise the Provincial People's Committee to consider and direct.

The meeting and dialogue between the Provincial Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province and health workers is expected to be held in mid-May with about 800 delegates attending. In August 2023, the leaders of Hai Duong province met and had a dialogue with officials, civil servants and public employees of the education and training sector.
