Prosecuted 2 subjects in the case of throwing bricks at passersby for murder

The prosecuted subjects include: Ha Xuan Dich, born in 2006 and Do Hong Quan, born in 2005, both in Hong Hung commune, Gia Loc district.

At around 7:30 p.m. on March 12, Quan drove Dich by motorbike with 6 other vehicles from Gia Loc district to Hai Duong city and then turned back to Thanh Mien district when they encountered a group of motorbikes going the opposite direction, speeding and weaving. Seeing some of the group's vehicles turning back, Dich and Quan's group thought they were being chased, so they turned into the Bai Ha transformer station area and stopped.

Seeing nothing happening, Dich and Quan's group continued towards Thanh Mien, near the gate of Toan Thang Secondary School, they met Nguyen Dinh L.'s group (born in 2005, permanent residence in Doan Thuong commune, current residence in Toan Thang commune, Gia Loc district) going in the opposite direction on 3 motorbikes at high speed, weaving and swerving. Dich, sitting behind, threw concrete bricks at the group above. As a result, L., sitting behind the motorbike, was hit in the face, fell onto the road and died afterwards.

The Investigation Police Agency of Hai Duong Provincial Police continues to consolidate the case file to handle the case.
