From April 15, Hai Duong province will pilot the receiving and returning of results of many administrative procedures regardless of administrative boundaries in the province.
The Provincial Public Administration Service Center is piloting the receiving and returning of results for handling 2 groups of administrative procedures.
These are groups of administrative procedures in the land sector under the jurisdiction of the Provincial Land Registration Office and its branches; administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the Hai Duong City People's Committee.
The People's Committee of Chi Linh City and the People's Committee of Binh Giang District pilot the reception and return of results of handling a number of administrative procedure areas under the authority of departments, branches and sectors under the Provincial People's Committee.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial People's Committee Office to preside over and coordinate the pilot implementation of building internal procedures and electronic procedures to handle administrative procedures to ensure timeliness, accuracy and compliance with regulations.
The Department of Finance shall arrange funds and guide agencies and units implementing the pilot to pay service fees for transferring paper documents from the pilot agency to agencies and units in charge of handling administrative procedures in accordance with current legal regulations.
The pilot implementation of receiving and returning results of handling some procedures regardless of administrative boundaries will bring convenience to people and businesses when carrying out administrative procedures, especially when planning to reorganize administrative units at all levels.
