Comrade Le Hong Dien holds the position of Chief of Office of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee.

At the conference to announce the decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial People's Committee on personnel work on the morning of July 31, Comrade Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, presented the decision to transfer and appoint Comrade Le Hong Dien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment to work at the Provincial Party Committee Office, holding the position of Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office. The term of office is 5 years, from July 31, 2024 to July 30, 2029.

Speaking at the assignment, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang acknowledged and highly appreciated the 20 years of work of comrade Le Hong Dien.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Duc Thang believes that with his experience and youth, Comrade Le Hong Dien will quickly approach the new job at the Provincial Party Committee Office, and together with the Provincial Party Committee Office, actively advise and serve the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to successfully complete all tasks.

Comrade Le Hong Dien was born in 1981, from Hong Khe commune (Binh Giang). He has a bachelor's degree in economics; advanced political theory. Comrade Dien has many years of experience working at the Department of Planning and Investment, holding the positions of Chairman of the People's Committee, Secretary of the Tu Ky District Party Committee, Deputy Director, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment.

On the same day, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Duc Thang handed over the decision to transfer and appoint Comrade Nguyen Huu Thong, member of the Provincial Party Committee and Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, to join the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Kim Thanh District Party Committee; transfer and appoint Comrade Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the Kim Thanh District People's Council Le Anh Dung to hold the position of Director of the Department of Planning and Investment.
