Hai Duong mobilizes and appoints Chief of Provincial Party Committee Office, Director of Department of Planning and Investment, Secretary of Kim Thanh District Party Committee

Comrade Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee attended the conference and presented the decisions.

Members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Luu Van Ban, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Hong Son, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee attended the conference.

According to the decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, comrades: Nguyen Huu Thong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office was transferred to work, appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Kim Thanh District Party Committee from July 31, 2024; Le Hong Dien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment was transferred to work, appointed to hold the position of Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office from July 31, 2024 to July 30, 2029; Le Anh Dung, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the Kim Thanh District People's Council was transferred to work, appointed to hold the position of Director of the Department of Planning and Investment from July 31, 2024 to July 30, 2029.

Speaking at the assignment, Hai Duong Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang emphasized that the mobilization and appointment of cadres is a regular task of the Party to train, foster and promote the capacity and strengths of cadres. This is also a step to arrange and prepare for the personnel work of the 18th Provincial Party Congress, including the implementation of the arrangement of 100% of district-level Party Secretaries who are not local people according to Directive No. 35-CT/TW, dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress.

Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang congratulated and requested that the transferred and appointed comrades immediately approach the work, have creative, innovative and scientific leadership methods.
