Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang received the Cuban Ambassador to Vietnam

On the morning of October 16, at the Provincial Party Committee headquarters, Comrade Tran Duc Thang, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee received Comrade Orlando Nicolas Hernandez Guillen, Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to Vietnam. He hoped that Ambassador Orlando Nicolas Hernandez Guillen would continue to be a bridge for Hai Duong and other Cuban localities to have more cooperative activities, support and make practical and effective contributions to fostering the traditional solidarity and special friendship between Vietnam and Cuba.
