The first locality in Hai Duong to merge the Propaganda Department and the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department

On the afternoon of February 7, the Standing Committee of Nam Sach District Party Committee held an announcement ceremony of the Nam Sach District Party Committee's decision to merge the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Board and the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Board into the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Board, operating from March 1, 2025.

Nam Sach is the first unit in Hai Duong to merge these two departments.

The Standing Committee of Nam Sach District Party Committee appointed comrade Vuong Phuc Thanh, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Department, to hold the position of Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department from March 1, 2025 to February 28, 2030.

Comrade Nguyen Dinh Dung, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, Chairman of the Nam Sach District Fatherland Front Committee, ceased to hold the position of Head of the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission and took on the full-time position of Chairman of the District Fatherland Front Committee.

4 comrades who are deputy heads of the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department and the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department were appointed as Deputy Heads of the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.

The Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Nam Sach District Party Committee has 8 civil servant positions, 1 position less than the target assigned to the 2 old agencies.

Speaking at the conference, Secretary of Nam Sach District Party Committee Hoang Van Thuc requested leaders, cadres and civil servants of the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department to urgently complete the organization of the new apparatus, ensuring its completion and operation from March 1.

In the process of organizing and implementing tasks, it is necessary to pay attention to ideological work, encourage cadres and party members to proactively adapt to the new organizational model, promptly resolve arising issues, and ensure a smooth and effective transition process.
