Hai Duong completes the merger of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee at the district level.

Up to now, all 12 localities in Hai Duong province have announced the merger of the Propaganda Department and the Mass Mobilization Department of the District Party Committee, Town Party Committee, and City Party Committee; and appointed leaders of the Department after the merger.
