Nam Sach focuses on granting 'red books' to households that have donated land

Regarding registration and issuance of "red books" for cases of donation or granting of land use rights to residential communities or road expansion, Nam Sach strives to resolve over 80% of cases without additional land area by June 30.

Chairman of Nam Sach District People's Committee Ho Ngoc Lam has signed and issued a plan to organize a peak period of land registration, granting certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land for the first time to households and individuals currently using land in residential areas; and exchanging certificates for cases of donating land use rights to residential communities or expanding roads.

Nam Sach District People's Committee requires that before June 30, over 75% of land registration and initial certification must be completed for households and individuals using land in residential areas that are still pending and have no problems. By the end of 2025, 100% must be completed. The files with problems must be resolved to seek opinions from relevant sectors, striving to resolve over 80%.

Regarding registration and issuance of "red books" for cases of donation or granting of land use rights to the State, residential communities or road expansion, the district strives to resolve over 80% of cases without additional land area by June 30. In 2025, it will complete the resolution of over 70% of households with additional land area compared to the issued land use right certificates.

Nam Sach District People's Committee is establishing a district-level Steering Committee and working groups, assigning specific tasks to members, specialized departments, and relevant agencies.

In February, the People's Committees of communes and towns will preside over and coordinate the review, synthesis, statistics, classification, and marking. In March, measurements will be carried out. In April, registration for approval will be carried out, documents will be prepared to serve the work of granting land use right certificates, households will be guided to declare procedures according to regulations and prepare records to handle violations (if any).

Since April, the People's Committees of communes and towns have received applications from households and individuals and forwarded them to the district for settlement according to regulations.

Organizations, families and individuals are responsible for declaring and registering all land plots under their management and use, providing relevant documents and closely coordinating with the People's Committees of communes and towns where the land is located to implement.

Nam Sach district currently has about 1,600 plots of land that have not been granted the first land use right certificate and 5,500 households have donated land to request measurement to issue and change the land use right certificate.
