Proposal to supplement regulations on the powers of advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee and City Party Committee

On the morning of June 7, the Central Organizing Committee's survey delegation on the project "Supplementing and amending Regulation No. 04-QDi/TW, dated July 25, 2018 of the Secretariat on functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of specialized agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee and City Party Committee" worked in Hai Duong.

Authorized by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Comrade Nguyen Hong Son, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Organization Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee and leaders of the Party building committees of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Office worked with the delegation.

At the working session, the leaders of the Party building committees of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Office focused on clarifying the results of the implementation of Regulation No. 04-QDi/TW; at the same time, they proposed and recommended amending a number of contents on the regulations on the number of deputy heads of specialized agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee and the City Party Committee; assigning staff and regulations on the number of deputy heads of departments; not merging the general affairs, clerical and accounting departments of the agencies; adding more contents on the powers of the advisory and assisting agencies of the Provincial Party Committee and the City Party Committee... to ensure compliance with reality and improve the efficiency and quality of operations.

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Nguyen Van Tung, Head of Local Department I, Central Organizing Committee, highly appreciated the results of Hai Duong's implementation of Regulation 04-QDi/TW. The implementation of the regulations has been carried out quite seriously by Hai Duong, bringing about many positive results. Through the survey, the delegation will fully absorb and collect opinions, recommendations and proposals from the province to synthesize and report to the leaders of the Central Organizing Committee before submitting to the Secretariat.
