36 excellent preschool teachers were selected from school and district level competitions in the province to participate in the Hai Duong Province Preschool Teacher Competition for the 2024-2025 school year.
On the morning of March 24, the Department of Education and Training of Hai Duong opened the contest for excellent preschool teachers in Hai Duong province for the 2024-2025 school year at Dong Cam Kindergarten (Kim Thanh).
This year's contest attracted 36 excellent preschool teachers from 12 Departments of Education and Training in the province, selected from school and district level contests.
Each teacher will perform 2 parts of the presentation of educational measures and practice. Immediately after the opening ceremony, the contestants will take turns presenting measures to improve the quality of child care, nurturing and education. The total time for presenting measures will not exceed 30 minutes, of which the teacher's presentation time will be from 10 to 15 minutes, and the judges' discussion time (if any) will not exceed 15 minutes.
In the presentation round, many teachers prepared carefully, presenting vivid slideshows and sounds with specific examples and touching stories from life related to child care and protection.
On March 27, candidates will take the practical exam at Dong Cam Kindergarten and Kim Lien Kindergarten (Kim Thanh). The practical exam on organizing educational activities for children on the topic of traffic includes: 24 topics in the fields of motor development, recognition, storytelling, poetry, visual arts and music.
The Excellent Teacher Competition is a professional festival for preschool education, organized annually by the Department of Education and Training to discover, recognize, and honor teachers who have achieved the title of excellent teachers and to promote advanced models.
The 2023-2024 Hai Duong Province Excellent Preschool Teacher Competition also had 36 contestants. The Hai Duong Department of Education and Training awarded 13 excellent teachers, 16 creative teachers and 6 groups with outstanding achievements.
