The Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee directs to consider and arrange leadership and management positions when establishing communes and wards.
On May 5, the Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee issued Conclusion No. 515-KL/TU on principles for arranging and assigning leaders and managers when establishing commune-level administrative units.
There will be a surplus of over 1,600 cadres and civil servants after the rearrangement of commune-level administrative units in Hai Duong.
After abolishing the district level and rearranging the commune-level administrative units, the entire Hai Duong province is forecast to have over 1,600 redundant officials and civil servants. For now, this number will remain the same, then be reduced according to the roadmap.
