On the afternoon of June 10, at the regular citizen reception in June, comrade Trieu The Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province, requested that sectors and localities need to resolve citizens' petitions thoroughly, quickly, and in accordance with regulations.
Leaders of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee and a number of relevant departments and localities received citizens.
At the citizen reception, some households at the Thai Binh River Ecological Urban Area Project (Hai Duong City) requested opinions on solutions to the delay in granting land use right certificates to some residents; and the resolution of cases of notarization of documents transferring contracts for the sale and purchase of future housing of residents.
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Trieu The Hung assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to coordinate with the Department of Justice, Hai Duong City People's Committee and related units to have a solution for households in June 2024, and report to the Provincial People's Committee before June 30.
Regarding some recommendations of Mr. Do Van Say, Tu Minh ward (Hai Duong city) on compensation for site clearance to expand Vu Cong Dan street, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Hai Duong City People's Committee to coordinate with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to have a solution in accordance with the law before June 20, 2024.
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Trieu The Hung also assigned the Hai Duong City People's Committee to coordinate with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to respond in writing to the complaint of Mr. Nguyen Van Hung in Tan Binh Ward (Hai Duong City) related to land; assigned the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to coordinate with Mr. Trinh Van Gang in Minh Hoa Commune (Kinh Mon Town) regarding the request to consider and resolve the regime for resistance fighters infected with toxic chemicals. The response to the above two citizens must be completed before June 30, 2024.
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Trieu The Hung requested relevant departments, branches and localities to report and clarify all feedback and recommendations from citizens and citizen groups and assign a specific deadline for resolution. He noted that departments and localities need to resolve citizens' recommendations thoroughly, quickly and in accordance with regulations.
