On the afternoon of July 22, the delegation worked with the Vietnamese Consulate General in Frankfurt; on the morning of July 23, worked with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Frankfurt (Federal Republic of Germany).

At the working session with the Consulate General, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Trieu The Hung sincerely thanked the Consulate General for the reception and said that in recent times, Hai Duong province has been very active in implementing foreign affairs activities to promote investment cooperation, mobilize resources from abroad, and serve the socio-economic development of the province. From 2023 to now, Hai Duong has had a number of working delegations carrying out investment promotion activities in many countries such as the US, Japan, Korea and some countries in Europe. During this working trip, the delegation hopes that the Consulate General of Vietnam in Frankfurt will continue to pay attention and help the province inform and promote the province's potential advantages, investment environment, and investment attraction policies; support connections and invite German and Frankfurt investors and businesses to Hai Duong to learn about the investment environment, promote cooperation in implementing projects... In particular, the delegation hopes to coordinate in training high-quality human resources; Sharing experiences in preserving, restoring and promoting heritage...

Chairman Trieu The Hung introduced the potentials of Hai Duong in terms of industrial parks, industrial clusters, and products produced in the area with potential and strengths for export such as garment products, leather shoes, electronic components, agricultural products (lychees, onions, garlic, carrots, etc.); handicrafts, woodwork, ceramics, embroidery, etc. These are also the strengths and new directions of the province in developing rural agricultural tourism and craft village tourism. Comrade Trieu The Hung requested agencies and units of the Federal Republic of Germany to facilitate Hai Duong enterprises to access the market to expand production and consumption of some of the province's export products, and develop the tourism economy. “We wish to connect, promote investment and learn, share experiences in the fields of cultural industry, cultural heritage preservation, and tourism economic development. At the same time, we hope that investors from the Federal Republic of Germany will continue to learn more about the investment environment in Hai Duong, thereby finding investment opportunities in the province,” emphasized Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Trieu The Hung.

Consul General of Vietnam in Frankfurt (Federal Republic of Germany) Luu Xuan Dong expressed his pleasure to welcome the delegation of Hai Duong province and highly appreciated the investment promotion program in some European countries with many specific and practical contents and activities. The Consulate General of Vietnam in Frankfurt committed to coordinate more closely with Hai Duong in the coming time to promote cooperation activities in many fields, especially on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the Federal Republic of Germany.

Working at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Frankfurt, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee wishes to learn in the field of vocational training and training to supply industrial parks in the province. Because Germany's vocational training policy is currently the most advanced in the world, Frankfurt city is also at the forefront. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also expressed that Hai Duong is interested in preserving and restoring cultural heritage to turn it into a cultural industrial economy, so the province wishes that German units share their experiences in preserving, restoring and promoting heritage.

According to the schedule, during the working days in Germany, the delegation will survey and work on construction and operation management at some famous cultural heritage works in Germany.
